  • Critical-Metal Recovery (Black Mass)

    We’re developing a patent-pending approach to recover critical metals from data center e-waste—directly converting waste into high-value metal-sulfide materials using controlled chemistry and membrane-based separation.

    Our focus is modular and low-CAPEX with:
    • Lower energy requirement / Off-grid
    • Fewer processing steps and no expensive chemicals
    • At ambient temperature

    As demand for AI chips, electronics, and energy infrastructure accelerates, conventional recycling routes are reaching economic and scalability limits. The next leap comes from rethinking the chemistry - not just scaling the same playbook.

  • Biogenic CO₂ Purification

    We’re developing a patent-pending approach modular, membrane-enabled approach to purify high-concentration biogenic CO₂ from organic waste and stranded sources—conditioning it into reactor-ready feedstock for reliable e-methanol synthesis.

    Our focus is on the unglamorous but decisive details:
    • Removal of sulfur, moisture, and trace contaminants
    • Stable CO₂ composition for catalytic performance
    • On-site, decentralized deployment
    • Lower energy and logistics overhead

    If e-methanol is going to scale beyond demos, CO₂ quality has to be engineered—not assumed. That’s the layer we’re building.
